Effective Date: February 20, 2026
1. Tire Warranty Coverage
All tires sold by Supreme Parts and Tires, LLC are covered under the following limited warranty:
25,000 miles OR 6 months from date of purchase — whichever comes first.
Warranty applies to manufacturing defects only.
2. What Is Covered
- Defects in workmanship
- Manufacturing defects
- Structural failure under normal operating conditions
3. What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Road hazard damage
- Improper installation
- Overloading or underinflation
- Misalignment or improper maintenance
- Damage due to accidents or misuse
4. Warranty Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim, the customer must:
1. Send a claim request by email to
supremepartsandtires@gmail.com
2. Include:
Invoice or proof of purchase
Clear photos of the tire damage
Photos of tread depth
Description of the issue
All claims are subject to inspection and approval.
5. Warranty Resolution
Approved claims may result in:
- Pro-rated replacement
- Repair
- Credit toward future purchase
Final determination is made after inspection.
