Returns

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• Item must be unused and unmounted
  
• Return must be requested within 14 days of purchase
  
• Original invoice or proof of purchase is required
  

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Mounted or used tires
  
• Special order items
  
• Damaged items caused by improper installation or use
  

3. Restocking Fees

Restocking fees may apply depending on supplier policies and product type.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary.
