What We Measure
What we check — in plain English
Camber
How far the tire leans in or out at the top. Too much lean wears one edge of the tire.
Caster
The steering angle that keeps the truck tracking straight and helps the wheel return to center.
Toe
Whether the tires point slightly in or out. The biggest cause of feathered, fast-wearing steer tires.
Thrust
Whether the rear axle is pushing the truck straight ahead or slightly crab-walking down the road.
Scrub
Tires that drag sideways instead of rolling clean — it eats rubber and fuel.
